Welcome, I am Margaret a lover of life and a fosterer of hedgehogs, a curious vegan with a quirky world view. I love to create and deliver joyful ceremonies for all of life’s key stage events.

Whether it is saying goodbye to a loved one, welcoming a new life into your family or an affirmation of love I will write something unique- just for you.

Namings

Namings are not just for new-borns, often they will take place on the child’s birthday or another date of significance to the family. Namings can also be tailored to celebrate the blending of two families, an adoption, a coming of age or even a change of gender identity.

Creating and delivering what I prefer to call “a celebration of life”. There will never be another like the one that you have lost and it is that uniqueness that you mourn but that is also something we can celebrate together and remember a life well-lived.

On Sunday 10th August the lovely Margaret led a special and beautiful naming ceremony for our son, Hugo. Before the event, we were clueless about what to include, but we didn't need to worry because Margaret guided us through. The ceremony was perfect, lots of happy tears and a day we will never forget. Thank you Margaret.
